Community email address
We have a collective email address that we use so that people can write to us. The address is magari[(at)]eauchat.org.
This address is handled collectively, but we always have one person responsible to keep an eye on the inbox, respond to messages... so that we're sure that we don't forget to take care of it. Also it makes it easier to have some following up in the threads of communications.
